Documentation:
A copy of the QualifierTM User Manual is provided as a part of the license. This User Manual describes the installation, operation, and description of the record keeping software system. The User Manual and the QualifierTM software are furnished to the user under license by Pipeline Services Corporation, and use thereof is subject to applicable U.S. law. Neither the manual nor the software described therein may be reproduced, transmitted, or disclosed to third parties, in whole or in part, in any form or by any manner, electronic or mechanical without the express written consent of Pipeline Services Corporation.

If Additional copies of the User Manual are required, they may be obtained from Pipeline Services Corporation at any time. Pipeline Services Corporation will provide individually bound copies of the User Manual, or an electronic copy with distribution rights. An electronic copy of the User Manual may be obtained on floppy diskette or received by e-mail. The electronic copy my be copied and distributed as necessary within the users company.
